An enthusiastic and hardworking person is needed for an Apprentice position whilst studying Business Administration level 2 with duties that will support the Marketing and Sales areas. Some work experience on computers is desirable. You will be completing a range of duties for an Electrical Insulation (Cable Protection Supplier) company based in Golborne, Warrington. The main duties within the role are:
To provide a range of clerical duties including photocopying, sending faxes, filing, emails and taking calls.
To maintain customer contact systems and deal with customers effectively and courteously.
To research and analyse information if required by managers.
To assist with the preparation of documentation including flyers, booklets, letters, mail shots and other documents as required using Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint as appropriate. Along with Website data input.
To manage and update databases and produce reports as required by Managers.
To keep abreast of modern administrative practices which would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the role and to attend relevant training as necessary.
To work flexibly to meet the changing needs and demands of the role.
To maintain high standards of Health and Safety, including the general tidiness and appearance of the work area.
Requirements and prospects

Computer literate
Microsoft Office knowledge
Design work on computers (desirable but not essential)
Personal qualities
Outgoing and able to work as a team.
Excellent time keeping
Qualifications required
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are desirable however; we will consider individuals who can demonstrate a willingness to develop in the role.
Future prospects
Full time employment with an established company that continues to grow year on year. Work Base pension also available.

We welcome applications from applicants aged 16+ Recruitment will be on merit. Individuals who already have a Level 4 qualification are now eligible for a Level 5 or above Higher Apprenticeship only. They are not eligible for funding for an Intermediate Level, Advanced Level or Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship.
