Cutter

Used to cut paper, self-adhesive labels, cardboard, textile or synthetic materials and heat shrink tubes.

 Details of the Printer:

The CAB A4+M Thermal Transfer Heat Shrink Tubing Printer does not need printhead adjustments for different printing material widths. It is also useful for printing extremely narrow heat shrink tubes or thick endless materials.

The gap height for flat tubes and synthetic straps is 4mm. The optimum print speed for materials that are difficult to imprint is between 30-125 mm/s.

Ribbons are not included with the printer and are sold separately.

Stand-alone operation:

The layout of the markers is created either with the label software or directly on the PC. Label formats, fonts and graphic data, serial data and database contents are saved on the CF memory card or on the internal IFFS printer memory. Only the variable data is sent to the printer via keyboard or host computer before being printed out.

Control:

The print data is automatically printed centric. To reduce the waste after loading labels or prefabricated heat shrink tubing the materials located between the gap sensor and print head can be labelled as well by designating the material gap.

Cutter:

The cutter is used to cut labels, cardboard, textiles or heat shrink tubing, either in multiple cuts or at the end of the print job.

Perforation Cutter: The perforation besides cutting is used to perforate materials.

Cutters are sold separately.

Servicing:

The printer comes with a 24 month back to base warranty.

Also on offer is our preventative maintenance contracts on new systems for £600.00 per annum. This includes 2 site visits to maintain and make recommendations.

Any breakdowns would be charged at the usual rate.
