An adhesive Low Halogen tape made of polyolefin the non-flame retarded hot melt black adhesive tape is based on EVA/polyamide polymers. The adhesive is very user-friendly as the glue is simple to use the adhesive exhibits excellent flow very quickly when heated under normal conditions.

A flexible, polyolefin based adhesive Low Halogen tape which has High Flexibility at high temperatures. Non-flame retarded hot melt black adhesive tape which is based on EVA/polyamide polymers

Easy to use, adhesive exhibits excellent flow very quickly when heated under normal conditions. The adhesive is very user-friendly in that it exhibits excellent flow extremely quickly when heated under normal installation conditions. Not recommended where aggressive solvents may be present. Also not recommended for terminations under in-service flexural stress at temperatures above 40°C. S1030 exhibits good adhesion to a wide range of substrates and has become the recommended hot melt adhesive for System 100 ie. Zero Halogen tubing and cable jackets, -100 moulded shapes.

Recommended with -25 moulded shapes, DR25 Tubings, FDR cable jackets, RNF, RW-175, Polyurethane materials. Can be used as a repair adhesive in conjunction with RP-4800 tubing and also with S1081 harness repair tape.
