Hilltop's Sleeve Expanders are designed for use with Neoprene or Silicone Sleeving. The Expander tool ensures a speedy application of elastomeric markers, sleeves and grommets either before or after crimps or solder lugs have been applied.
There are two product types; fixed prong applicator and an interchangeable prong applicator. There are four fixed prong applicators that will cover internal diameters (ID) from 1.2mm up to 25mm.
It is also possible for the tools to be used with thin walled elastomeric grommets if required.
Need something to cover a range of Sizes? The D Kit contains a tool body and a range of interchangeable prongs to enable sleeves with IDs between 1.2mm and 11.5mm to be fitted as well as a 2 dram bottle of lubricant.
