HDR-25 Diesel and Fuel Resistant Heat Shrink Tubing
HDR-25 Diesel & Fuel Resistant Heat Shrink is an advanced and high-performance solution manufactured to provide robust protection. It is flexible and abrasion-resistant. Suitable for military applications requiring heat resistance and oil resistance environments. Used as a jacketing material for protecting high performance wiring harness in demanding environments within aerospace, automotive, aviation, marine, and military industries.
HDR-25 Diesel resistant heat shrinkable tubing ideal for long term diesel, oil, fuel and other hydrocarbon-based substance's exposure.
Suitable as a jacketing material for aerospace, automotive, aviation, marine, oil, gas and military vehicle cables and harnesses. The operating temperature for HDR-25 tubing is from -55°C to + 120°C for long periods. It can tolerate a wide temperature range, ensuring continuous performance even in extreme enviroments. Due to its adaptability, it is ideal for applications that experience frequant temperature fluctuations.
When the HDR-25 is exposed to heat, the tubing shrinks evenly, providing a tight and secure seal around the components it wraps. This not only protects against environmental elements but also provides insulation against moisture and substances. Shrinking to 50% of its supplied diameter when heated.
It is also well suited for the demands of motorsport cable harnesses and is Offered as an Alternative to Raychem's DR-25 Heat Shrink.
Resistant to aviation and diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils.
