ER4/300 External Rewinder for SQUIX Printers

Peripheral devices for the CAB SQUIX printers that make it possible to take up and rewind large label rolls independantly of the printer during large print jobs. This negates the needs for operator labor and ensures labels are rolled up and ready to pack as soon as the print job has been completed.

An adjustable guide axle ensures that the label strip is led horizontally from each printer into the rewinder. Rolls can be wound inside or outside allowing greater ease of application

Details of the Printers:

The SQUIX Thermal Transfer Heat Shrink Tubing Printer does not need printhead adjustments for different printing material widths. It is also useful for printing extremely narrow heat shrink tubes or thick endless materials.

The gap height for flat tubes and synthetic straps is 4mm. The optimum print speed for materials that are difficult to imprint is between 30-125 mm/s.

Stand-alone operation:

The layout of the markers is created either with the label software or directly on the PC. Label formats, fonts and graphic data, serial data and data base contents are saved on the CF memory card or on the internal IFFS printer memory. Only the variable data is sent to the printer via keyboard or host computer before being printed out.

Control:

The print data is automatically printed centric. To reduce the waste after loading lables or prefabricated heat shrink tubing the materials located between gap sensor and print head can be labelled as well by designating the material gap.

Servicing:

Printer comes with a 24 month back to base warranty.

Also on offer is our preventative maintenance contacts on new systems for £600.00 per annum. This includes 2 site visits to maintain and make recommendations.

Any breakdowns would be charged at the usual rate.
