High-Security I-Klick Bolt Seal

High-Security Container Bolt Seals are used to secure shipping containers, trucks and trailers. A strong tamper-evident mechanical seal, the I-Klick bush has an all-metal high-strength steel construction. The locking mechanism clip is embedded in a groove in the metal bush, making the seals stronger and more difficult to tamper.

Typical applications include shipping and intermodal containers and they are widely used for ground transportation. An innovative use of materials and industrial design gives better security assurance with a strong steel pin and solid steel barrel for security. The high-impact ABS material does not break easily, but will clearly show evidence of tampering.

Colours: Blue, Yellow, White, Orange, Red & Green.

Styles: Plain, with manufacturers serial number. Printed, with customer's serial number. Please note printed have a longer lead time.

• The pin and bush are both moulded with high impact ABS to provide better tamper-evident properties.
• The special high-resilient ABS material also does not break easily.
• The two parts of the Klicker bolt seal are joined together for easy handling.
• The Klicker seals are etched with permanent laser marking for name, logo, sequential numbers & barcode.
• Laser marking offers the highest level of security as it cannot be removed and replaced.
• Identical sequential numbers on both parts provide greater security as it prevents parts substitution or replacement.

 Available with a transparent plastic cover that protects the marking on the bolt. The pin and bush are joined together for easy handling.
