TE-Connectivity EAKT 1657 solderless earthing kits are required to effectively earth the copper tape screen of 25-30mm diameter XLPE or EPR insulated cables without the need for soldering.

Each TE-Connectivity earthing kit contains 3 copper flexible braids with soldered water-block and constant force springs.

EAKT1656 & EAKT1657 - For XLPE Cables up to 11kV.

Features:

Designed to mechanically earth the copper tape screens of XLPE cables. Kit contents: tinned copper earth braids and a roll spring for each phase.

EAKT1655 = Conductor Size 16-50mm²
EAKT1656 = Conductor size 70-150mm²
EAKT1657 = Conductor size 185-240mm²
EAKT1658 = Conductor size 300-630mm²
