Webshop Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

Please contact us the day you receive your order to report any damages or shortages.

Any goods being returned must be:

  • Unused
  • With all original packaging and any accessories
  • Returned within a 14-day period

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact us for a Returns Number (RMA) before sending any items for return.
  • Email us at Ecom-issues@hilltop-products.co.uk or call us on 01942 723101.
  • All returns must have a Returns Number (RMA) before being sent back to us. Any package without a Returns Number (RMA) will not be accepted.
  • After receiving the Returns Number (RMA), place the item securely in its original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return costs.
  • We strongly advise using a shipping method that provides full tracking. Hilltop Products is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • A re-stocking fee may be applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days.
