The most recent addition to the range of single ply membrane roof welding machines, the Leister Uniroof 110v ensures a consistent 40mm overlap weld particularly for smaller installation areas, or in areas that are technically confined but still need to meet the technical requirements of 40mm.

Based on the design of the already well established 110v Uniplan Roof, the UNIROOF provides more power and therefore welds more metres per minute when welding plastic membrane.

The convenient tool for overlap welding of roof sheeting made from PVC, TPO, ECB, EPDM and CSPE.

The Leister UNIROOF E 40mm employs the same operating controls as the Varimat V making it straightforward. It is lightweight and easy to manage on the roof that will ensure a consistent and reliable weld at lengths up to 5 meters per minute.

More power with 40mm - The most powerful UNIROOF heating element ever now ensures an even greater power reserve,

even at cold temperatures or with thick materials.

Tool guidance - Adapted guide roller for even better and easier control when welding.

A powerhouse - The powerful drive can manage gradients up to 30° effortlessly. That means the UNIROOF E 40mm can also be used on sloping roofs.

Everything handled perfectly - The freely adjustable guide bar ensures ideal, ergonomic handling of the UNIROOF E 40mm.

More contact force - Having the centre of gravity directly above the contact roller creates even more pressure, thus allowing a constant weld quality for all types of membrane.
