The VX4 Combines innovative design and speed to make light work of traditionally long and draining journeys. For example, Battersea to London Heathrow would normally take, on average, 52 minutes by road and 65 by rail. The VX4 blows this out of the water arriving in 8 minutes. The Evolution Of Vertical Aerospace
The concept of Vertical Aerospace was developed from the frustration of being stuck in a two-hour gridlock, which we can probably all relate to. They saw the overcrowding in cities, the congested traffic and the pollution this causes so they set out to create a better path for people to get around all across the world. They decided that the best way to do this was to look to the sky.
The founder of Vertical Aerospace is Stephen Fitzpatrick, also the founder of OVO Energy. Stephen believes in using technology and ingenuity to solve the climate crisis and has helped to have a huge impact on the decarbonisation of some of the world's most polluting sectors.
Vertical Aerospace believe that the future is electric and that “electric flight will benefit everyone and add something a little bit extraordinary to the everyday”.
