Wax-resin ribbon that is designed for in-line packaging, or high speed print-and-apply. WR4U431 produces excellent print density and definition on a wide range of substrates. It has a good resistance to high temperatures and is compatible with flexible packaging films.

What is wax resin ribbon used for?

The recommended applications and uses for Wax-Resin ribbons include; high speed print applications, shelf and bin labelling, Drum labelling, part marking labelling and high gloss labels. Full resin ribbons provide excellent performance producing labels with a sharp and clear print. WR4U 431 Print ribbon can be used for printing large numbers at high speeds, and offers better protection against scratches. That’s why it is mainly used in the automotive industry, logistics, retail, and flexible packaging. This ribbon is also more resistant to changes in humidity and temperature. It is therefore used for shipping labels, barcode labels and pharmaceutical applications. Wax-Resin is also suitable for near-edge printers.
