H07RN-F has been designed to excel in the toughest environments both inside and outside, it offers resilience against various external factors like chemicals, mechanical and thermal stresses and is highly flexible no matter the temperature. This range of cable is frequently used for industrial machinery, portable equipment and temporary power supplies.
It is also known as Flexible Mains & Control Cable EPR/PCP, as it is insulated by EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) which protects the inner core from heat, Ozone, Oxidation and the weather. The sheath is made from PCP (Polychloroprene) which makes it extremely tough yet still flexible and helps to withstand a wide range of temperatures. Due to its durable rubber encasing, the cable can be used in harsh industrial settings, cold or refrigerated environments along with drainage and water treatment systems.
The temperature rating of the H07RN-F trailing duty cable is from -15°C to +60°C when flexed and from -30°C to +60°C for fixed installations (increasing to +85°C for fixed protected installations.)
It has a wide variety of applications ranging from Construction sites, Stage lighting, Industrial equipment, power tools, mobile power supplies and even Dams. Due to its extended service life, the heavy-duty cable requires less maintenance and replacements over time.
