PF Solvent Degreasing Cable Wipes

These PF Solvent Cable Cleaning & Degreasing Wipes are designed specifically to remove contaminants such as grease, oil, sealants, tar and cable jelly from switchgear and cables.

Wipes:

They are non-conductive, non-corrosive and non-staining due to their innate properties.

They are suitable for High, Medium and Low voltage applications.

The wipes have a residue free solvent that is excellent for removing oil, grease, tar and many other impurities when jointing all form of Voltage cables.

The product will remove even heavy or old deposits without hazard to user, environment, substrate or insulation materials.

Heavy Duty Re-useable Tub:

Our PF Solvent Cable Cleaning and Degreasing Wipes are supplied in pouches which are ideally used in conjunction with this Re-usable tub.

There are two key characteristics of this heavy-duty reusable tub that set it apart from a standard tub: a screw-on lid with a rubber seal and a rubber-sealed, spring-loaded flap around the central wipe extraction point. These features work together to keep the wipes moist for a longer period of time and reduce the need for rehydrating them with a separate PF solvent fluid.

Instructions:

1. Apply a thin film of solvent using the impregnated wipe

2. Allow 1-2 minutes for surface action to dislodge the contaminants

3. Wipe off with the same impregnated wipe or with a clean, dry, low lint cloth (recommended)
