Hilltop's Sleeve Expanders are designed for use with Neoprene or Silicone Sleeving. The Expander tool ensures a speedy application of elastomeric markers, sleeves and grommets either before or after crimps or solder lugs have been applied.

There are two product types; fixed prong applicator and an interchangeable prong applicator. There are four fixed prong applicators that will cover internal diameters (ID) from 1.2mm up to 25mm.

Need something to cover a range of Sizes? The D Kit contains a tool body and a range of interchangeable prongs to enable sleeves with IDs between 1.2mm and 11.5mm to be fitted as well as a 2 dram bottle of lubricant. More information on D KIT >>>

It is also possible for the tools to be used with thin walled elastomeric grommets if required.
