One of the cornerstones of Hilltop Products philosophy is the exceeding of its customers expectations, in all areas. As a result customer satisfaction surveys are undertaken by Hilltop Products to ascertain the perceptions that its customers have of Hilltop Products as a company and also the people that work for Hilltop Products. Customers are asked to rank their response on a sliding scale from being “Highly Satisfied” through to “Highly Dissatisfied” at the opposite end of the scale.
