Cordless Foam Cutter with 100mm professional blade is ideal for Foam, Plastics and Styrofoam cutting and heats up in seconds and is ideal for applications where the electrical plug-in equipment is impractical i.e. Health and Safety reasons, locations were electrical are not easily available.
This Standard blade is 4" long and cuts expanded and extruded foam with ease.

For use with the KD-DC100 Hot Knife Cutter, the Groover is ideal for creating troughs in Insulation Boards, such as Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and External Wall Insulation (EWI) - The grooves in the insulation securely retain the continuous pipework and wiring in the correct position, potentially eliminating the need for supplementary fixings. It can also be used for cut outs in Sculpting and many other applications, but is not suitable for cutting Kingspan insulation or any material with an aluminium layer as the Hot wire can not cut/melt through aluminium or any other type of metal.
