PREMIUM Hot Knife EPS/XPS Foam Cutter with Air-Cooling System. The KD-7X Hand Held Hot knife cutter is Continuously Operated and the ideal solution for foamed plastics and Styrofoam cutting. It is 2 times faster than all of the existing hot knife cutters out there.

The KD-7X Premium is the ideal solution for cutting materials such as Styrofoam, Polyethylene, PVC, ABS, Rubber and others. Seals the edges with minimum smoke and no burned ends.

Groover Details:

The Groover is ideal for creating troughs in Insulation Boards such as Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and External Wall Insulation (EWI). The grooves in the insulation securely retains the continuous pipework and wiring in the correct postion, potentially eliminating the need for supplementary fixings.Can also be used for cut outs in Sculpting and many other applications.
