HS2 is Britain’s new high speed rail line being built from London to the North-West, with HS2 trains linking the biggest cities in Scotland, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
It is the largest infrastructure project in Europe and the most important economic and social regeneration project in decades.

Our high-performance large diameter medium adhesive lined heat shrinkable sleeving, which provides high resistance to impact and abrasion, has been approved, specified and sourced via Hilltop Products for utilisation on the huge 10,000t Marston Box slide bridge project.
Using innovative technology to dramatically reduce traffic disruption, Marston Box bridge will be the UK’s first ‘box-slide’ bridge over a motorway and will carry the HS2 line across the M42 motorway near junction 9.
The Bridge will help significantly reduce disruption for the travelling public and is just one in a series of new innovations that in due course will help transform the UK’s railway network.
The M42 Marston Box will be moved into position during a second short-term temporary closure planned in winter 2022.
